Job Description
Responsible for the pursuing acquisitions and other business opportunities to strategically grow ADAC's portfolio outside UAE. Principal activities will include market intelligence monitoring, identification and prioritization of international acquisitions and other overseas business opportunities, execution of operational and financial due diligences and feasibility studies, conducting risk assessments and providing overall project oversight.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drive ADAC's International expansion in close coordination with SVP strategy and Communication and strategy Performance team to enter into international markets through acquisitions, concessions and other business opportunities.
Identify and priorities acquisitions and other business opportunities outside the UAE based on continuous strategic fit, economic opportunity and assessment of risks
Gather all necessary data and conduct high level desk-top operational and financial diligence studies for acquisitions and other business opportunities, prepare and present business cases, including financial projection forecasts, to senior management
Conduct high level research and analysis of aviation market sector as well as political, regulatory and economic assessment of the related region
Conduct site visits when necessary to conduct high level assessment of acquiring assets
Complete rapid preliminary evaluation of international acquisitions and other business opportunities based on strategic fit in order to make recommendations as to whether to allocate further time and resources on more detailed investigations
Maintain market intelligence and provide updates to senior management regarding transactions and structure being executed in the market
Job Requirements
Qualification At least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics
Experience in leading financing or M&A transitions in Market outside UAE
Experience in management in medium to large size projects
Excellent financial modeling skills using Excel with two to three years of demonstrable experience developing and managing complex models
Keen ability to distill complex issues and synthesize data for presentation to senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to advance numerous projects in parallel and provide strategic direction to team members
Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
