    Job Description

    Writing, updating and uploading details into all Bill of Entry (Import Bayan) & Bill of Exit (Export Bayan) of shipments via AIR/SEA/LAND for Alghanim Industries and its associated Business Unit.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Respond to business unit’s enquiries and priorities.

    • Responsible to correctly type, update, upload for the Bill of Entry (Import Bayan) & Bill of Exit (Export Bayan) as per documents submitted by Documentation Officer.

    • Calculation and payment of exact custom duty.

    • Responsible for early issuance of Bill of Entry & Exit to meet BU KPI Targets.

    • Responsible for scanning documents into the Bill of entry and guide/advise to clearance messenger/representatives to take necessary approvals from Ministries

    Job Requirements

    • High School / Diploma

    • Require 1-3 years of experience in Customs & Clearance.

    • Knowledge, rules and regulations of clearance via overland, Sea and Air.

      Knowledge of documents required for clearance.

      Working knowledge with regards to Municipality, MoH.

      Language - Arabic – Excellent knowledge in writing, reading and speaking is a must and primary requirement.

      Language – English – Good knowledge on speaking, Writing and reading required.

      Proper computer typing skill required.

      Kuwait Driving license is a advantage.
