Job Description
Public Relation Officer is responsible for handling all the Government Accounts and VIP patients. He is also responsible for overall collection of Cash outstanding of Government Accounts, Individuals, Companies and VIP patients
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prepare Cash outstanding report daily and weekly
Update patient remarks for outstanding, wherever applicable.
Follow up of the pending collection and send reminders/ letters/ SMS to patients – Individuals, Government accounts and VIP patients informing them of their outstanding.
Deal with patients coming into the clinics with queries about their outstanding.
Deal with patients refusing to pay their bills or previous outstanding.
Prepare necessary legal paper and documentation including filing cases at the police station and their follow up.
Visit to Government organizations on regular basis for follow up of payments.
Responsible to visit Government organizations to identify a new opportunity to establish a relationship.
Responsible for opening Government account and VIP family account with the hospital and to monitor the same.
To maintain a cordial relationship between the hospital and Government, and VIP patients.
Review of collections from cash outstanding on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements
UAE National
High school graduate/Degree Holder
Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy
Customer service skills / experience
Previous 3 years experience in collections/ Accounts receivables desired
Previous experience in Healthcare industry will be a plus.
