    The main purpose of the role is to assist the Regional Sales and Client Relationship Manager in the smooth running of all aspects of the client management in order to secure renewal of existing accounts.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Support the account manager with the day-to-day running of the portfolio.

    • Co-ordinate and collaborate with intermediaries, clients and internal colleagues (Admin, Customer Service, Uk team and AXA Gulf team) in order to help resolve claims queries, process admin efficiently and accurately and proivde monthly groups reporting.

    • Apply for product registration through HAAD and DHA where required. Ensure to follow up all mandatory missing information in order to enroll clients with adherence to DHA and HAAD regulations.

    • Issue credit and debit notes to clients/brokers as required and on time as well as calculation and issuing of fines ( HAAD/DHA).

    • Servicing renewal - Support the renewal process by liaising with marketing, tech services, commercial and customer service to ensure an efficient renewal that adheres to time-specific standards. Agree opening premium with client and liaise with finance to issue invoices. Co-ordinate despatch of membership documentation.

    • Produce claim and membership reports as required and checking of census lists to ensure those match on Actisure and Ciris. Ensure reports are prepared for client meetings and account managers when required.

    • Work with New Business team and Client Services to gather all necessary information to set up new groups up and make them live. Contact client as well as internal/external customers to ensure information is complete and correct.

    • Awareness of Compliance and Data Security regulations appropriate to local market.

    • Generate and follow up on invoicing


    Job Requirements

    • Basic knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, account management / relationship building techniues, competitors, competitor's products,and pricing approaches.

    • Detailed knowledge of either a single product or a smaller range of products as defined by the job holder’s portfolio.

    • Completed tertiary education.

    • Insurance qualifications (ACII / AII) preferred but not mandatory.

    • At least 3 years experience working in Healthcare insurance industry specifically for Direct / Brokers.
