    Design, propose and execute plans and storylines to optimize the way AXA EB value proposition is presented and perceived by opinion leaders, decision makers, regulators, intermediaries and members as well as internal AXA group stakeholders.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Develop an annual business events plan towards decision makers, brokers, providers as well as physicians including topic, content /strategy, goals, budget and tactics

    • Engage with the Marketing team to coordinate business events activities

    • Coordinate with social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media

    • Create EB contents for presentation, press releases, byline articles, social media posts, promotional materials and keynote presentations, direction on continuous testimonial videos and videography in general to feed digital channels

    • Monitor, analyze and communicate business events results on a quarterly basis

    • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and presence as opinion leader for AXA on an on-going basis and liaise with Marketing team for execution

    • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

    • Liaise with internal teams including but not limited Legal, compliance and marketing to align developed content to AXA Gulf guidelines.


    Job Requirements

    • Proven track record designing and executing successful communication content for Healthcare industry;

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills (English, Arabic);

    • Strong relationships with both local and national business and healthcare industry;

    • Proficiency in content management & curation;

    • Experience with social media (including blogs);

    • Event selection and content strategy and execution;

    • Expert knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint;

    • Knowledge communicating/Marketing value added services & differentiation;

    • At least 5 years experience in a similar role (Copywriter, social medial manager, content manager etc.)
