    Key Account Manager - Direct Corporate (Retention)

    Assist direct clients for all their escalations related to their group medical insurance; Coordinate with operations team the resolution of the escalations; Follow-up and communication of solutions to clients;

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:


    • Account management (portfolio of 40 large corporate direct clients);

    • Coordination and follow-up with the operations;

    • Retention & performance review;

    • Manages all kinds of escalations such as delayed cards issuance for additions, delayed deletions, delayed / declined preapprovals, reimbursement issues, and customer service complaints;

    • Regular co-ordination on credit /debit notes - missing disputed, duplicates etc. SOA follow-up during the policy year. Support for credit control team by regularly acting on escalations.


    Job Requirements

    • Possesses a sound knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies;

    • Should have a broad knowledge of medical insurance;

    • Demonstrates a solid knowledge of account management/relationship building techniques;

    • Obtain a good knowledge of underwriting policy, risk assessment, and capacity to analyze and explain performance reports to clients.

    • Have completed tertiary level education is required;

    • Additional Insurance qualifications (ACII / AII) is a plus;

    • With at least 5 years of sales experience in the insurance field specifically in Group Medical Insurance (Large Corporate);

    • With UAE driving license;
