    Job Description

    To aid the AGH Gulf sales team in providing a prompt and professional service to customers, ensuring that policies and endorsements are issued correctly and in line with AXA procedures and practices.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assist the sales team in their daily duties as delegated to the job holder.

    • Attend client calls related to product enquiries, clarification on policies and transfer calls to relevant team member.

    • Set up and maintain record of queries and customers to ensure all information is readily available to sales team.

    • Generate system reports for sales team and manager.

    • Request additional information and / or documentation from clients as and when necessary and following up such requests as required.

    • Follow up as delegated any credit control issues arising.

    • Generate SME and individual quotes/renewal terms using the quote tool.

    • Prepare the table of benefits for Large Corporates.

    • Review handbooks/marketing material.

    • Generate reports (claims, membership, etc.).

    • Review on-boarding checklist.


    Job Requirements

    • Strong in sales support activity, administration skill and customer relations skill (verbal / written);

    • Basic understanding of the AXA Customer / Claims Management System and international healthcare products;

    • Basic knowledge of MS office (or similar) computer programs.

    • Completed Secondary education;

    • At least 1 year experience in customer service or sales environment.
