Job Description
The Area Manager is a key function at the BMW Regional Office in Dubai. You will coordinate the importer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
You will overarching the importer especially in the areas of developing an Annual Business Plan, Aftersales Marketing Plan, operational measures to improve their business and process performance.
As Area Manager you will ensure customer satisfaction, customer retention through high-quality processes and implementation of BMW Aftersales strategies, policies and BMW Group guidelines.
Permanently monitoring and reviewing Aftersales results of Importer and developing measures at an early stage in case targets might be at risk is another main duties of yours.
Furthermore you will be conducting documented market visits, analysis and proposes recommendations if required to maximize market potential.
You will be responsible to determine standards and framework conditions for individual sales promotion and approval of overarching measures.
You will be requested to interact with the BMW Group regarding BMW worldwide initiatives in compliance with country specific requirements.
We’ll also look to you support the Importer with regards process for escalated customer, warranty and parts order/logistics issues.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills
High level of organisational skills
Well-developed analytical, presentation, organizational and time management skills
At least 5 years Management experience in the automotive Aftersales industry with premium manufacture or within the BMW organization would be added advantage
University degree, preferable in Economy, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management or similar education
Strong command of English, Arabic is beneficial
