Dubai Electricity & Water Authority DEWA is currently seeking to hire an Analyst - SAP Functional.
The candidate will report to DEWA's Deputy senior Manager – commercial Applications within the Innovation & The Future Division and be responsible for the day to day activities
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Facilitate the implementation of IT projects and SAP modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
Carry out feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of application improvement and IT related projects, including giving inputs regarding the choice of application architecture and framework, preparing budget and schedule for the projects whenever required. Prepare project plan and their timeline along with analyzing system requirement and taking appropriate action.
Maintain proper documentation of business requirement of business requirement, functional specification, technical specification, unit testing, and user acceptance testing for IT projects.
Carry out various IT related activities during project implementation including application installation, configuration, programming / customization, integration, and data migration, as and when required.
Design, configure and test SAP modules and successfully implement SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products clients.
Ensure non-disclosures of confidential information in anyone within or outside the authority, during or after employment in DEWA.
Follow and adhere to the OH&S management System manual as per DEWA’ safety standards
Perform any other tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelors or Diploma in IT/Finance/Commerce .
At least 6 years relevant experience on the same field.
