Dubai Electricity & Water Authority DEWA is currently seeking to hire Manager - OT Security Strategy.
Leverage statistical data to help DEWA make better decisions by collecting, organizing, analyzing and presenting relevant data to support stakeholders' survey and studies
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Plan, execute, handle user/customer experience and happiness studies incorporating internationally recognized methodologies. This includes designing questionnaires, data collection & sampling, data processing, result reporting and other analytical activities.
Design technical survey forms in coordination with business units, internal and external parties in order to conduct studies successfully and as per internal procedures
Lead quality assurance and analysis of surveys including design, coding, results,
Reporting survey results, highlighting strengths & area of improvement and recommendations for line manager's review and submitted to concerned business units.
Initiate and lead innovative approaches/methods to capture stakeholders experience. Analysis survey results, DEWA's performance results in various categories for excellence contests.
Conduct benchmarking studies, review DEWA customer experience data and ideate improvement plans for customer experience / stakeholder happiness in line with industry best practices
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Prior experience (Min. 2 years) in Quality & Improvement/Excellence function in the UAE public sector
