Job Description
The role will look after the financial performance of the Global Contact Centres, business partnering the VP of Global Operations, as well as financial planning and analysis for the entire dnata Travel division.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
To be the Finance Lead on Strategic External Contact Centre Contracts.
Involvement in negotiations relating to financial elements of contracts.
Business case creation and review in partnership with the business.
Scenario and trend analysis, flagging risks and opportunities to the FP&A team where appropriate.
Full P&L responsibility.
Accountability for financial delivery of contribution targets for Dubai, Philippines, UK & Serbia.
Variance analysis and monthly performance reviews with the business.
Providing and delivering to forecast accuracy targets – 95% target for next month’s profit delivery.
Strategic Financial Planning.
Responsibility to direct and deliver the Medium Term (3 Year) Plan, Yearly Budget, and rolling forecast for the contact centres.
Job Requirements
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Finance & Insurance.Finance Management 5+ Years
Experience of the Travel Industry (a background in Travel or contact centre environments will be looked on favourably)
Qualified accountant
Experience in business partnering,
High level of excel competence (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, basic macros)
High proficiency in English (the role will liaise directly with senior finance management in Dubai)
