Job Description
Address Fountain Views is currently looking for Concierge team who will be responsible in handling all guest inquires, check-in and check-out and organizing transport and storing of luggage and carrying out guest’s orders and setting priorities. Supervising and proper handling of airlines reservation, flight bookings confirmations and all related necessary procedures. Responsible for ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of his area of responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Job Requirements
2 years of experience in progressively more complex roles in Front Office, with at least 1 year in Concierge within a hotel or hospitality organisation.
Preferably female
Knowledge in Opera
Holding concierge key is an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
