Job Description
Under the general direction of the Director of Residences or his delegate and within the limits of established The Address Hotels + Resorts policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Residences desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Residences guests, assisting them with inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Take ownership, pass on and or document guest complaint
Understanding the values and culture of the company and how they influence what we do.
Supervising shift of GSA , Staff delegation, Train associates ensure comply and follows SOP's
Assist GSA for payment process on different situation given.
Daily Briefing at 3pm training should be conducted for the associates product knowledge or operation process refresher
A warm and friendly approach to other team members and a positive sharing of workloads, skills and knowledge.
Software system link to Privilege card that need to update the codes in order for the card to be activated.
Several paperwork’s such as Privilege card forms, Parking list forms should be Scanned and filed accordingly.
Ensure to update and monitor the Parking list.
Proper Handover to Residence Manager about the day operation and guest complaints resolved and on progress.
Always check traces and departure reports.
Be available for guest at all times as point of contact and co-responsibility for appropriate treatment of guest resolution.
