    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

      Administrative Officer

    • As an Administrative officer, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Administrative Staff to provide a consistent, efficient and responsive, customer-oriented specialist service to an internal customer base.

    • Administrative Coordinator

    • As an Administrative Coordinator, you will supervise the administrative operations of Emirates Group Medical Services and oversee systems and processes to ensure the clinic administration operations are effective and efficient.

    • Senior Administrative Assistant

    • As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you are responsible to provide support services to complete the day to day activities in the Administration office and also assist Administration function in providing services to relevant stakeholders. Ensure record keeping are secured in the relevant management system.


    Job Requirements

    • We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Healthcare industry and Administrative duties. Working in a global environment means that you will need strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Minimum 3 + years’ experience in medical admin

    • Minimum 10 Years schooling or equivalent

    • Administrative Officer

    • Experience in managing mid-sized customer focused teams (10 members or more) thorough understanding of the Emirates group policies, processes and practices.

    • Proven ability to coach and motivate staff.

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills such as analysing information in excel, writing formulae.

    • Administrative Coordinator

    • Fluent in English, written and verbal communication.

    • Computer literate (MS Office packages, word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.

    • Previous experience of managing a team.

    • Previous experience and knowledge of medical and/or dental an advantage.

    • Customer service experience essential.

    • Senior Administrative Assistant

    • Ability/Skills: Has to have a good command of written and spoken English.

    • Should have the ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner.

    • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office software like MS word, MS excel, PowerPoint.

    • Must be organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
