Emirates National Oil Company - ENOC for Oil & Energy is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager - Automotive
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall strategic management of the Automotive Services Department, with full responsibility for the Brand, financials and business planning. The incumbent will be required to manage performance at department level, network level, and site level, implementing actions to close gaps while creating opportunities to evolve the offer with new products and services, always with focus on customers’ expectations. Leading the Brand activities, he will be responsible for developing and executing the brand offer, the customer experience, the marketing and promotional activities, its digital presence and tools, across all customer touch points, with the aim growing sales and profitability, ensuring effective productivity and operational efficiencies across the network and site level.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Lead the Automotive Services Business Strategy, execution, and process improvements to enable the successful delivery of the Business Unit plan
As Brand Custodian,internally and externally to meet customers’ expectations, while continue to be the market leader
Establish and maintain a clear brand positioning basis defined values and unique selling propositions and ensure alignment to brand guidelines
Analyze business performance, industry trends, market and competitive research, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations; make decision on alternative courses of action, including risk assessment, capital investment, acquisitions, expansion locally or regionally, at the corporate level
Evaluate and improve Automotive services facilities and design as well as the selection of equipment to be used and stay abreast of new technologies
Establish after sales service proposition for Car Dealerships as an alternative to their in-house facility investment, and drive more business to company sites
Effective participation in the development and implementation of digital transformation strategy
Develop plans to focus marketing activities and spend through utilization of Loyalty program and other CRM functionalities for measurable results
Implementation and upkeep of processes & certifications
Full accountability on formulating and delivering the Automotive Services annual budget and financial KPIs
Develop the new sites roll out plan to support delivering desired results
Continuously explore opportunities to reduce operational cost while growing revenues
Ensure favourable payment terms with vendors while meeting agreed contractual obligations
Develop Expenditure Requests with clearly defined input that will support return on investment as per company policy
Develop the pricing strategy to support delivering to KPI’s and brand positioning
Overall responsibility on developing and executing and delivering the sales and marketing plan to achieve the agreed results
Develop and expand merchandise range sold through sites as an additional revenue stream
Lead contractual negotiations with strategic vendors and business partners to improve commercial terms
Continuously create new services / business opportunities to complement and expand existing offer
Develop and enhance the services in the existing business lines to drive sales growth across multiple business units.
Develop and enhance various channels to enable business expansion and loyalty
Create and execute marketing and promotional activities, and enhance return on marketing spend through utilization of Loyalty Program and participate proactively in its implementation to ensure maximizing value over customer life cycle

Maximize marketing support & other income from partners
Lead new sites surveys to assess business potentials and suitable offer components
Manage the implementation and keep of brand guidelines across all facilities
Ensure maximum utilization of existing Automotive Facilities with focus on individual bay usage and overall facility potentials
Create and execute staff incentive programs funded by vendors to help grow sales
Review and modify operating hours to support financial performance and meet customers’ expectations
Manage the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the execution of business plans & delivery of sales targets in accordance with set financial targets.
Identify Training needs and requirements and promote a learning and development environment.

Job Requirements
Graduate in the field of Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience of a minimum 7-10 years in the automotive after sales service with reputable car’ dealerships or similar level environment
Strong background/work experience in Marketing environment.
Strong analytical skills on financial reports & profit / loss analysis
