Fetchr is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive who is interested in working in a dynamic environment. The role is required to deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction in a professional manner in keeping with the company's reputation in the Shopping Center industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Master Fetchr’s existing processes and have complete know-how and ensure all standard procedures, work instruction and checklists are complied with for daily operational requirements.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Communicate service capabilities to the customers confidently.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Sustain a professional and courteous manner with customers.
Take full responsibility of the counter and customer visits.
Keep record of daily service activity.
Be flexible to the shift timings.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
Sharp and pro-active
Should be keen to work in a high pressure environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Strong phone contact handling skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
