Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage and deliver valuations, financial model reviews and model build assignments, market entry studies, restructuring services and fundraising
Handle the origination, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements
Formulate the scope of work for engagements, take responsibility for quality control and the accuracy of client’s deliverables as well as the risk associated with them
Manage the development and execution of the business plan to expand the department’s advisory services
Managing project economics and profitability
Leading the team during project execution, reviewing the work of team members, providing value added inputs
Lead by example when conducting performance reviews and training sessions for other team members to assist their development
Coaching junior team members, encouraging technical excellence and learning
Client relationship management
Assist the Partner & Associate Director in identifying and developing new business opportunities/ proposals
