    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Manage and deliver valuations, financial model reviews and model build assignments, market entry studies, restructuring services and fundraising

    • Handle the origination, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements

    • Formulate the scope of work for engagements, take responsibility for quality control and the accuracy of client’s deliverables as well as the risk associated with them

    • Manage the development and execution of the business plan to expand the department’s advisory services

    • Managing project economics and profitability

    • Leading the team during project execution, reviewing the work of team members, providing value added inputs

    • Lead by example when conducting performance reviews and training sessions for other team members to assist their development

    • Coaching junior team members, encouraging technical excellence and learning

    • Client relationship management

    • Assist the Partner & Associate Director in identifying and developing new business opportunities/ proposals
