Gulf Bank of Kuwait is currently seeking to recruit Officer, KYC Remediation Unit
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Maintain the process for updating customers’ data
Ensure customers’ details are up to date
Escalate issues/concerns in case of errors and follow-up until resolved
Ensure minimal turnaround time (TAT) on customer details updated, and provide prompt feedback
Maintain customers’ trust by keeping their information confidential
Maintain data entry requirements by following the procedure
Assist when and where necessary in developing improved customer records management
Consult with the system/application and/or evaluators for troubleshooting database problems
Generate statistical reports and respond to inquiries regarding data as requested
Job Requirements
Higher Secondary School Certificate / Diploma in Banking
Good knowledge in branch operations policies & procedures.
Good Knowledge of bank Products & Services, IT and Banking Systems
Minimum 1 Year Of Banking Operations Experience,
Good English/Arabic (spoken/written)
Organizational & time management skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Good Communication
