    Job Description

    Kuwait Finance House - KFH is currently looking for Talent Acquisition Officer

    To conduct talent sourcing activities and provide administrative and coordination activities in order to facilitate the recruitment and on-boarding process to ensure that the most suitable candidates are selected and recruited in line with the business’ requirements and the bank’s standards.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assist in collecting information from the business and different functions across KFH bank to obtain a full understanding for the qualifications needed to fill vacant positions.

    • Coordinate with universities on conducting the regular recruiting cycle and events to attract the required graduates.

    • Consolidate all the CVs and conduct initial screening of the CVs to short-list the candidates against agreed criteria.

    • Coordinate the process of Internal and External Job Posting from initiation to selection and onboarding.

    • Communicate with external recruitment agencies regularly to provide them with the necessary information and requirements to ensure that the most suitable CVs and candidates are provided.

    • Manage all talent sourcing channels, including iRecruitment, LinkedIn, Job Fairs, Assessment Centers, etc. to maintain a ready talent pool that meets the demand of the bank at all times.

    • Administer abilities tests, Psychometric tests, and technical job related tests for the external and internal applicants to short-list applicants against agreed criteria.

    • Consolidate all the pre-joining requirements and conduct reference checks of the candidates to ensure due diligence is conducted on new hires.

    • Communicate with the candidates in order to obtain information for the drafting of the offers.

    • Prepare the required offers for the successful candidates in line with the compensation and remuneration frameworks.

    • Conduct pre-boarding & on-boarding process for all newly hired employees and provide them with the required orientation programs.

    • Coordinate with the general services team in order to ensure the mailing of the offers and contracts in a timely manner.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.

    • 0-4 year’s relevant experience in recruitment.

    • Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

    • Knowledge of the Kuwait labour law.

    • Knowledge of recruitment procedures.

    • Interviewing skills.

    • Knowledge in conducting psychometric tests and assessments of candidates.

    • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
