Kuwait Airways is recruiting for the role of Legal Researcher
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Participates in drafting, reviewing and/or amending some contracts based on the requirements of the department concerned in a legally accepted manner .
Participates in investigation committee with respect to violations of the Corporation's regulations. Includes studying personnel grievances, investigating employee’s violation of KAC rules and regulations, recommending corrective/disciplinary action and reporting findings to supervisor for review and approval .
Prepares and drafts internal legal opinions relating to other departments' legal queries and interpretations of official decisions and regulations .
Job Requirements
Kuwaiti National Preferred
Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
Good communication skills.
