Job Description
As the Sales Planning and Reporting Senior Executive, you will be in charge of our Internal Non-Financial Reporting System (MAPIS) and your responsibilities will range from monthly to ad hoc reporting, sales meeting analysis, controlling and much more.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Generating and Controlling the monthly production, wholesale, retail and stock figures in general and AMG in specific
Following up and verifying reported data
Handling all regular and irregular reports requested by management and Headquarter
Providing information and support to dealers in all reporting matters
Continuously improving current reporting system
Updating and improving presentations and coverage materials
Monthly tracking and reporting of MBC KPI’s
Finalizing monthly retail reporting in SALES PRO
Providing market support to the Regional Sales Managers
Providing market support to GDs
Assisting General Distributors with reporting related topics
Continuously developing "state of the art" reports for Sales MBCME
Providing training for "Reporting Factory" users
