Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
DATABASE AUDITING AND CLEANUP – 10 Operating Countries (OPCs) IN Preparation for Cloud for Customer (C4C) Launch
Analyze current level of data accuracy by OPC (SAP, excel etc…)
Create a timetable by OPC for the closure of gaps (cleanup/correct wrong data) aligned with the C4C launch plans.
Collect required data from 10 OPCs for implementation of C4C
Customers: Company name, Contact(s) name(s), telephone, contract, address, telephone, SAP number, Distributor number, etc…
Machines: Models, versions, sap numbers, location, status, age, value, etc…
Create and/or correct database of existing machines, customers
Align with OPCs for defining a new process for daily update of data (way forward)
Be one of the NME super users and the first level support during the C4C implementation:
Users and roles maintenance
Transactional support (how to do/use)
Collecting issues and reporting them to project team
Testing solutions provided by project team and communicating them to users
Facilitate the transition of the current reporting tools to the new reporting platforms, ensuring monthly reports are sustained during the time the two platforms will be simultaneously operational
Verify daily reports with data from C4C and raise tickets if any differences
Schedule reports from C4C/PowerBI/WEBI for different parameters and receive feedback from OPCs
Based on feedback from OPCs finalize number and frequency of reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years overall experience in experience related to Supply chain/Inventory management/Data Analytics
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office 'with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Ideally with experience in databases or multidimensional reporting tools (Power BI, Business Warehouse, MS Access, etc…)
Ability to learn new software/hardware systems quickly
