Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - ADIB Egypt is currently seeking to hire a Treasury Support Officer to Ensure staff adherence to Product Program, P&P and operational risk framework
Managing and handling Treasury Support Unit operations
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Authorize all ALM, Trading desk deals on Treasury Front Office system after reviewing (SUNGARD)
Book and upload all TRMS deals into Treasury Front Office system after reviewing (SUNGARD) in a timely manner
Monitors daily currency positions in a real time manner in coordination with Trading desk
Monitors Nostros balances in a real time manner in coordination with TMO
Monitors Cash Flows in a real time manner / parallel with ALM desk
Check and monitors treasury’s transactions against source documents and ensure accuracy.
Monitoring and reporting Capital Market portfolio in respect of issuance & counterparty limits
Monitoring & reconciling monthly Segmented FX Gain / Loss
Ensuring staff adherence to P&P and operational risk framework (Credit lines, stop losses limits & dealer’s limit)
Ensure website & Bloomberg are updated with daily Treasury rates feed
Coordinate/ Follow up with IT in Implementation of System changes/ Process enhancement
Liaise/ Follow up with FI & Credit Admin for new Counter Party & Bank Limits.
Liaise with Operations & Business units for Treasury related Transactions & Queries.
Periodical review of P&P , SLAs ets. and recommending amendments (if any)
Roll out and implementation of ORM Framework (RCSA, Control Testing, KRI, Reporting, BRCC, etc.)
BIA - "Business Impact Analyses" Preparation / Ongoing update and Yearly Review
BCP – "Business Continuity Plane" Preparation / Ongoing update and Yearly Review
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant degree on a full-time program from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications in a related field, is a plus.
Knowledge of Banking Operation.
0-4 years of experience in banking or relevant functional experience in another industry.
Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Islamic banking and systems implementations
Very good computer skills.
