Alexbank Egypt is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Plan marcom and branding objectives across all segments and lines of business.
Oversee and manage the team handling Marcom development for the following; Assets, Cards, Affluent & Private, Liabilities, MSMEs & Enterprise, Global Remittance, Alliance Marketing (merchants) and 3rd party marketing programs (Bancassurance and Transfers), Branches & Field Marketing.
Ensure accurate and timely tracking of campaign results and consolidating marcom spend vs. incremental spend , utilizing the Marketing Investment sheet model.
Ensure compliance with group communication rules and standards.
Provide financial resilience through efficient management of the budget based on a zero-base methodology.
Ensure brand messages are consistent and in line with group guidelines.
Oversee and manage group related marketing programs and initiatives.
Analyze and grade agency network.
Develop the communication plan and budget for all products, services and offerings.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Oversee creation and delivery of advertisements, collaterals, media plans, in-branch materials and display systems.
Efficiently manage marcom production schedule across all agencies and production partners and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of materials.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the bank with focus on brand perception and positioning.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms (with the exception of Digital and SM).
Engage with CRM team to drive direct marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with network, sales and sourcing channels to develop strategic partnership activities (POS, Merchant Network, Affluent Lifestyle propositions etc…).
