L’Oréal is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Payable Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Invoice booking both PO and Non-PO based.
Freight and customs duty booking
Expense claims booking for manual expense claims
Expat utility booking and payment
travel expense booking
courier booking
telephone invoice booking
Prepayment amortization
Accrual for general expenses such as audit fees, medical insurance, rent expenses etc.,
Insurance accrual, prepayment amortization - and maintenance of policy documents, ensuring insurance compliance.
Bank reconciliation in SAP
Cheque reconciliation such as current dated and post cheques with GL.
Job Requirements
Entry level with 3 -4 years’ experience in a similar industry, knowledge of SAP systems (ERP)
Skills And Abilities
Strong Accounting principles knowledge.
Knowledge of SAP ECC6
Excel knowledge
