Alexbank Egypt is looking for a BCM Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage the execution and the update of the Business Impact Analysis ensuring consistency with the organization’s methodology, rules and tools.
Work on definition of a yearly training and awareness plan for all the people involved in the Program.
Coordinate with the Risk Management Function in the management of risks related to the Business Continuity scenarios.
Manage the testing cycle from planning execution to reporting.
Monitor and report incident ensuring activation of BCP when needed.
Job Requirements
Demonstrable knowledge of banking operations and processes.
Quick to grasp new ideas, concepts and technologies, and to develop practical solutions to complex problems and issues.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely and articulately at all levels.
Can work independently as well as in teams with high efficiency.
Years of banking experience 3-5
