Alexbank Egypt is looking for a Sr. E-Banking Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drive the development of Mobile Banking, develop detailed development plan, track and monitor progress, ensure effective implementation of new services / initiatives and perform post-implementation review after launch.
Develop in-depth knowledge of system functionality and interfaces with legacy systems to assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and testing.
Monitor and analyze KPI's and success metrics for Mobile Banking and provide actionable insights to continuously improve the performance and profitability.
Monitor performance of Mobile Banking Services.
Increase Volume of Transactions conducted on Mobile Banking.
Enhance customer experience.
Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision.
Job Requirements
University graduate preferably with a strong focus on mobile banking
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic Services
In depth understanding of the various delivery channels, banking products and services
Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
Very Good in English Skills (Writing, Reading and Understanding)
Computer Skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
