The Arab Bank is currently looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Follow Incident Management Process and use the formal Service Management tool
Participate in Problem Management process where requested, along with any Service Management Process
Participate in the development and updates of the technical Knowledgebase with workarounds and permanent solutions
Provide internal clients with advice and recommendations with regards to their IT needs and respective solutions.
Ensure closure of the audit findings.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science
2-6 years of IT service support experience within a large organization
