    Emirates is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Professional to join its multicultural team in Dubai. Key duties include providing high-quality customer service, identifying customer needs, promoting Emirates products, issuing tickets, and enhancing revenue earnings by promoting additional services offered by the company and its partners.

    Job Requirements

    To be considered for this role, Applicants must have 10 years of schooling, experience in the contact centre or hospitality industry is preferred, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a busy sales team environment, proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish, customer and sales orientation, good listening and communication skills, and ability to work in a multiple shift environment.
