Job Description
To provide necessary support to HR Operational team on Ad Hoc basis. Effectively engaging with HR teams viz Resourcing, Business Partners as well as Department coordinators to provide supports not limited to HRMS, process related supports, nationalization, career fair, national services, etc.
NATIONAL ACHIEVERS STRATEGIC ACADEMY (NASA), is a UAE National customized program designed to prepare and train university graduates for non-targeted roles in the organization. The program is a 9 months blended learning experience of classroom training, OJT, coaching and development profiling.
NASA Program Duration (9 months) will include:
Induction
Future Banking Program/Digital Branch Rotation
On Job Training in departments

Bachelor Degree
0-2 year experience, fresh UNI-GRAD
Excellent oral & written communication
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
