Job Description
Genesis Capital is an investment firm primarily focused on Latin America. We are looking for an intern with a strong desire to learn and contribute to Genesis success. Currently we are working on a banking/fin-tech & a mix real estate project. In the future, projects in F&B and other areas will become feasible for the company. The ideal intern will contribute across different areas and the needs of our projects. This is a non-paid intership! However the intern will receive stock options in the firm in addition to pre agreed bonus prior to the beginning of the role.
Ideally we are looking for a recent MBA graduate based in Dubai. There is the strong possibility that the intern would be considered for a full time role depending on the contribution and dedication to the company in addition to our fundraising efforts and the success of our initial projects after the first 4-6 months
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist the management team in creating pitches and presentations for fundraising and partnership opportunities with potential clients and partners
Analyze and explain complex data to the management team
Identify and obtain relevant information related to any of the projects of the company
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ideally a MBA from acredited European/American Institution
3 - 4 years' prior industry related experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and goal-oriented
