Job Description
You will be working closely with the Sales & Delivery Management to design, document and implement the customer experience from the first interaction with Tesla to the delivery of the vehicle. Keeping in mind the cultural environment in the Middle East, you will define and drive adoption of best practice around customer engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Understanding the customer needs and expectations around their purchase experience
Analyze any current customer pain points and develop measures to eliminate them
Help team members understand and adapt to changing customer experience activities
Develop a guide to unify the experience for each customer
Job Requirements
Fluent language skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driver’s license
Preferably a business studies major
Ability to build relationships and represent Tesla in a professional capacity and manner
Proactive work mentality
The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented
A strong team player
Proficient skills in Excel
