BEAD Architects is seeking an Intern Architect to join our firm. Desired applicants should be self-motivated team players, proficient in CAD.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Lead the development of research reports and work with Executive Director to build Research & Technology division
Assist in identifying local, regional and international partnerships which support the research efforts carried out
Help with the drawing of the design by hand and by using CAD
Research the codes and regulations for the construction
Develop the specifications for the buildings, detailing the requirements and scheduling
Visit work sites to make sure that the construction meets the schedule and design
