Job Description
Reporting UX Lead
Reporting to UX Lead and working closely with other members of the product team. Product intern will be responsible for helping the user research processes, tracking and working with user data, help to improve the user experience of our products. The candidate needs to be a good observer with good visual skills and strong on analytical approach.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship for a duration of 3 months. Candidates are required to be student visa/parent sponsorship and based in Dubai, UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Work closely with designers and product owners to help with benchmarking, deriving user data needed.
Helping plan and execute user research processes. Talking to users, observing and learning the research processes, analyzing the outputs.
Working on the usability problems and generating recommendations on the products. Presenting the outputs to the product team.
Documenting AB test results on a daily basis and prepare them for meetings. Helping analyze the results in the process.
Helping the designers in their daily task and learning the processes.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge on Google Analytics is a plus
Interest in User Experience and basic design knowledge is a plus.
Open to learning new things, very good observer, patient and a good listener
