Job Description
In this position the intern will be highlighting & implementing at least one initiative that involves introduction of automation to an unexplored Order to Cash process during the tenure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Highlight & implement at least one initiative that involves introduction of automation to an unexplored O2C (Order to Cash) process during the tenure
Support process optimizers in the technical/tool mapping of the O2C transactions, as required
Bridge the gap between Business Solution Automation Team & Process Optimizers regarding the technical understanding of tools
Assist the Process Optimizer & involved O2C team members in pre-launch testing
Help troubleshoot system issues/bugs on different tools in alignment with Business Solution Automation team
Job Requirements
Majored in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business Informatics.
Passionate about technology.
Interested in programming and know the basic code standards (OOP, Data Structure & Algorithms).
He/She MUST be VERY persistent.
He/She MUST have problem solving skills.
Have good communication skills because it is used mainly with End to End employees to identify and analyze the project.
