    Job Description

    Ensure effective embedding of core sales and service skills to produce incremental revenue growth through coaching, results tracking and skills practice. Enhancing the process / SLAs to minimize the turn-around time to better serve our customers.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Monitor the performance of all sourcing channels and report to Head of Direct Sales and BDU.

    • Gather and analyse frontend feedback to improve sales and service process, procedures, tools and frameworks.

    • Deliver regular updates on products/policies to Sales staff to ensure constant upkeep of knowledge.

    • Demonstrate the Retail appropriate behaviours and provide sales managers / team leaders with suitable skills that they can use in coaching their staff.

    • Initiate and support changes within Direct Sales team to instruct client centric sales behaviours by leveraging our sales and service methodologies, tools & techniques.

    • Work closely with retail team for the sake of achieving the following objectives:

    • Identify the strengths of existing products / services and capitalize on it for the purpose of achieving the maximum benefits.

    • Identify and analyse weaknesses and obstacles of products / services and procedures that considered show stoppers of achieving assigned targets and recommended ways of its developments.

    • Recommend potential industries and segments that meet with FAB retail business / risk appetite, enclosed with proposals of tailored schemes.

    • Prepare regular reports and analysis to Head of Direct Sales and BDU for effective monitoring and control.


    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 10 Years Banking Experience in Retail Banking.

    • Excellent English and Arabic (written and spoken)

    • Ability to contribute in budgeting and strategic forecasting

    • Full awareness of the country market and retail banking segments

    • Efficient use of Microsoft Applications : Word, Excel , Outlook and PowerPoint (Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project Management is a plus)

    • Ability to manage a project with different stakeholders

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Proven communication abilities

    • Energetic and positive team player

    • Creative thinking and ability to provide innovative out-of-the-box solutions
