Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Branch Manager
To lead a branch operation and ensure
1) Performance objectives are achieved
2) High customer service levels are delivered and
3) Risk/loss is minimized
4) Sales Targets are achieved
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Branch management Propose plans and activities for the branch which align with BND’s overall objectives
Sales Manage branch sales activities and deliver branch sales in line with budget
Customer service Deliver excellent customer service, manage customer service initiatives service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Branch operations Manage branch operations to ensure all operations and processing are in line with timeframes and procedures, specifically monitor dormant, minors and deceased accounts as well as high risk clients
Main Vault audits: random monthly vault audit to ensure compliance and accuracy
Marketing Manage marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives in coordination with Retail division
Premises Manage premises issues and ensure refurbishment, security and maintenance issues are addressed
Quality of service and effective communication Deliver timely services and effective communication with clients all the time
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification/experience
At least 10 years’ banking sector experience
