Job Description
Mubaderoun is an initiative designated to support Kuwaiti SME owners. The initiative is meant to promote a culture of mutual learning/collaboration by taking advantage of experience and know-how of business owners and providing them the chance to add value to the Bank's business.
This initiative will last for 6 months where the participants will be rotated across the Bank in specific areas related to their expertise to get them exposed to certain aspects of the banking business, concurrently the Bank will benefit from their knowledge and experience.
