Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Executing all types of customers' transactions using Banking Systems (Tureconf, 3CX, Kiosk , ICBS, CBK application, Ticketing and E-mail).
Providing accurate information while maintaining high service quality standards.
Handling all branch/customer inquiries.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written (Arabic and English)
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
Familiarity with PC applications software - MS-Office package and Databases
