Serviceability Engineering is focused on making our products easier to own by defining, validating and prioritizing product features/capabilities for future product/solution releases; partner with Product Management and Development Engineering during Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP) concept, define, plan and develop phases.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Maintain compliance for all the telco programs
Solve Desktop coding for publishing telco procedures
Perform common testing activities to deliver telco solution
Network lab troubleshooting tasks
Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgement with limited direct supervision
Work on overflow tasks from various groups within the company
Participate in special projects as needed
Job Requirements
University Students, majoring in Networks, Computer Science or similar discipline - Preferred to graduate in 2023
Networking Troubleshooting Knowledge
Basic Virtualization Knowledge
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Good understanding of Machine-learning and Deep-learning
Familiarity with Micro-services
Experience with container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
VMware Telco Cloud Platform (TCP) knowledge
Redhat OpenShift
