ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Head of Digitalized Operations
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handling the Operational digitalized transformation.
Handling the revision of E- Wallet on Mob Pay System and Activation of the service from the customers.
Managing for all card settlement operations.
Oversee the card production process (data entry, embossing, delivery).
Managing card complaint issues and provide guidance and resolution to the customer care function.
Supporting business new electronic products.
Manage and monitor daily POS field services operations.
Manage and coach the POS application testing and Certification operations.
Manage and validate all reconciliation and settlement operations.
Handle and cure all audit’s prerequisites and clear any audit findings.
Prepare the unit’s project annual budget and accruals.
Manage and supervise all chargeback and disputes operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ Banking experience.
Excellent Leadership Skills.
Excellent Communications Skill.
Full Knowledge of CMS, TMS, card operation and aware of the digital products.
