Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of T24 System Development and Administration
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Configuring, administering, and managing all T24 Core Banking environments – DEV, UAT, TEST and Production – and instances.
T24 Core Banking performance tuning and Application Process Optimization
Administering and managing the integration of T24 Core Banking Application with external middleware components – IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and Radware Load Balancers
COB (Close of Business issues) administration and troubleshooting including Year End, Month End, Daily COB Support and optimization.
T24 TCServer component installation, configuration and trouble shooting.
Internet Banking and Other Satellite Interfaces integration with TCserver communicating via TCP / Socket Base / JBase Agents / MQ.
Monitoring of All the T24 Critical Services including TSM Services.
Managing scheduled and Ad hoc T24 backups and keeping track of backups as per the retention policy.
Administering T24 Oracle Connectivity.
Deploys configuration changes and code upgrades including TAFJ, T24 Browser and Core updates & releases
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or technical related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in managing and administering T24 system.
Demonstrated in depth Java development experience.
Demonstrated understanding/knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems.
Demonstrated experience working with middleware components - IBM WebSphere MQ and IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
