Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Logistics Foreign Trade Coordinator” to join our team.
Contract type: Fixed-term / Duration : 6 to 12 months.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Daily Shipments Montoring and reporting
Review importation invocies and import documents correctnes
Report shipmnets Lead Time for all clerance phases
Arrange logisitcs flow of docs with differnt parties (bank – broker – warehouse)
Follow up with the csutoms broker shipments status daily
Escalate any diviation in clerance process or long lead time
Record all data related to the shipments in the tracker
Documents Keeper for each shipments (form 4 – final declaration ... etc) place it on shared drive
Flow on samples taken by customs
Arrange logitics of delivering shipments to the warehouse
Record shipments costs
Interface for Sales, Marketing teams regarding Foreign Trade
Job Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration;
knowledge of logistics, foreign Trade and supply chain management is preferable;
Practical experience in foreign trade and importation is an asset;
Entrepreneurial and customer oriented mind-set, strong communication skills;
IT-Skills (e.g. SAP, WMS Systems, MS Office);
Analytical thinking;
Autonomous working;
Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated;
Fluent in English language;
