Job Description
We are looking for a Arabic speaking Senior Litigation Officer for a two years contract role who will be responsible for the provision and management of the litigation and dispute resolution issues involving the bank and its subsidiaries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law
Licensed/Registered Legal Consultant desirable
Minimum 8 years legal experience of which at least 5 years should be with a reputed law firm or the legal department of a financial institution in UAE is mandatory.
High proficiency verbal and communication skills in Arabic & English is desirable
Knowledge and experience with Company Law/ UAE Laws, Judgments (Courts) and Doctrines
Track records of handling variety of legal matters and recovery of debts
Negotiation skills to deal with customers for out of court settlements
