Job Description
As part of the worlds largest food and beverage company, you’ll play a key role in understanding the needs of our business, and helping to match it to opportunities for growth. We use a blend of in-house and external training providers to ensure our people have all the support they need to go further, faster.
This internship would suit someone who’s passionate about people, HR, learning, digital training and co-ordination.
Internship for 3 months (mixture of office and working from home)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
With so many colleagues, we’re never far away from the next training session. Scheduling attendees, liaising with trainers, answering enquiries and collecting feedback is a key part of this role
Once the co-ordination is complete, you’ll need to meet stakeholders across the business to develop new solutions. Whether we need a training in a new language, or a physical session redesigned into a virtual context, or a whole new training need that’s been identified, you’ll join meetings to help us craft new offerings.
We’re a large organization, and as well as working with the Talent team in MENA, you’ll be working with colleagues both in Switzerland’s head office, and specialists across Europe to help understand what new opportunities exist for training which could benefit employees.
Researching new training opportunities will also be a part of your duties. Whether desk research or setting up calls with suppliers, we want to ensure we are always striving to expand our offering
Supporting the management of budget versus spend
Ensuring we get feedback from all participants, to ensure we are continuously improving our service to the business
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline, with no more than 0-2 years’ experience
You’ll have completed your degree in the last 2 years, and be passionate about learning and development
Great attention to detail, communication skills, and a curiosity about how multinational businesses succeed through their people
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and excited by emerging technologies
A proven track record in seeking out learning opportunities for yourself.
Proficiency in English, with Arabic or French being a great advantage too
