Job Description
In this newly created position, we are looking for an organized, passionate and digitally savvy intern to help support the talent team responsible for our people across 19 countries. This role is aimed at giving someone great insight into working in a HR department in the world’s number one food and beverage company, and have them take responsibility for implementing our nationalization strategy.
You should be a member of social and professional networks, enjoy planning and creating content for social media like Instagram and Facebook, and also be excited to expand your experience within HR. This could be helping to recruit, representing us at career fairs, and also getting involved with the training and development of employees already with us.

Internship for 3 months (mixture of office and working from home)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Attracting and selecting future employees is a big part of what we do in the MENA Talent team. You start your day by screening candidate applications, arranging interviews and liaising with our colleagues in the UAE and across the other 18 countries in our market.
As a YOUth, you would support the team in running activities to support other YOUth across our market find opportunities and prepare them for the workforce
This would include connecting with Universities, other like-minded organizations and YOUth networks to host events such as CV clinics, Q&As and Career Fairs
Job Requirements
You needn’t have a HR-related degree, but you do have to be passionate about people. Talent is all about helping people fulfill their potential, so you need to be confident in speaking with our talent, and our business, to help support the recruitment and development of our colleagues
You need to be well networked. Networks are important to help us grow our reach and impact
You need to be confident with social media, and how to gain likes and engagement. You don’t need to be a graphic designer, but you do need to know about trends and topics likely to gain traction
