RAKBANK is looking to hire a passionate and creative candidate to join our Digital Marketing team.
This exciting and varied role would be ideal for someone with prior experience in web designing, website management, campaign management, social and online media and advertising industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
To implement all website related changes
To implement all email, SMS and Push campaigns initiated by RAKBANK using Unica Campaign Management and other campaign tools
To coordinate between the different business units & content agency to ensure relevant campaigns are sent
To interact with the digital agency and the internal marketing team on the development of digital creative to be used across the different digital channels of the bank
To design emailers using HTML tools, assist in creative elements and translation related tasks
To be responsible for all e-mail, SMS and push campaigns for rakbank.ae and ensure the daily communication is sent out on time and are error free
To design and develop all emailers
To coordinate between agencies to get the creative/HTML and send out test emailers
To monitor effectiveness of various digital mediums to establish a better judgment of best digital vehicles for different products
To review and monitor competitive products digital media exposure
To coordinate with the internal marketing team for digital/traditional creative as per the ATL/BTL Plan
To update the content on the website and carry out User Acceptance Testing for websites
Assist in translation of Arabic content
Job Requirements
The candidate must have 3 years plus experience in digital marketing.
HTML
Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Good knowledge of the online media vehicles and web/email analytics and reporting
Skill set must include knowledge of Content/Email Management Systems
Excellent analytical skills to analyze effectiveness of the used mediums
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
Computer skills mainly in MS-Office, Web designing
