Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Strategy
Abides by set strategy and objectives
Budgeting and Financial Management
Complies with set Divisional Budget
Operational Duties
Assists in the Supervisor administering of the Bank’s various social media accounts and creates, organizes and publishes relevant, original, high-quality content such as video, animation, graphics and posts
Ensures advertising on social media reflects the latest Bank products, services, events and promotions, is consistent, as well as monitoring that the Bank’s corporate identity is maintained at all times
Works towards building online reputation through garnering positive reviews
Monitors and follows all client comments and suggestions, and provides feedback to Direct Line Manager for approval.
Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Tracks competitor Social Media campaigns in efforts to stay ahead and ensure Divisions’ efficiency and maximum impact
Coordinates with Supervisor and Media agencies in regards to design, creation and management of promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Sees to any additional request made by Division Head or DGM
Customer’ Relations Management (internal and/or external)
Develops and maintains relationships with all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with services provided
Supports in the fulfillment of all Client requests and orders
Documentation and Reporting
Collects, stores and maintains relative data ensuring accurate documentation of information
Reviews all submitted analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Policies and Procedures
Aides in the formulation and review of Division policies and procedures
Coordinates for the effective and efficient application of Divisional policies and procedures.
Auditing and Review
Identifies and corrects data discrepancies, insuring the highest standards of data accuracy.
Job Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in PR and Marketing or Media and Design
Minimum: 3 years in a related field
Digital Marketing with Udacity, Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords, Flightschool preferred
Advanced – including knowledge of Art and Design Packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, 3D Rendering Software’s and Website Development) as well as comprehensive experience on social media sites (own and active Youtube, Pinterest, FB, Twitter, Instagram accounts)
Kuwaiti Nationals
Enthusiasm for all camerawork and broadcast.
Skilled with various camera types and editing packages.
