    Job Description

    Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of ATM Coordinator

    Efficiently Coordinate with the assigned ATM services and Provide support on ATM Operations ensuring prompt customer service and perform clerical work as well as record keeping and filing.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Monitoring: Check ATMs performances and maximum utilization of ATM machines.

    • System Testing: Ensure that all system changes go through the proper channels

    • Support: Ensure that adequate support is provided to internal helpdesk when required for all queries / issues related to customers and ensure prompt and complete closure of concerns / enquiries

    • Enquiries: Work internally with other departments in the bank for ATM related queries, ensure timely resolution

    • Data Documentation: Maintain required customer data as per assigned service to obtain accurate trend.

    • Data Preparation Collate, extract data and procedures routine reports/schedules/summaries/letters.

    • Filing Handle the filing system, distribution of documents and the data entry

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management

    • 1 year experience clerical and administrative experience

    • operational experience

    • Experience in providing support services

    • Knowledge of filing, archiving & documenting management.

    • Knowledge of ATM technology
