Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of Funds Manager
Manage a designated portfolio of accounts in the Financial Institutions segment. Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable banking services to the existing clients. Achieve various business targets and contribute to the team performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Plan NBFIs liabilities annual business plan and budget, and leading the team to achieve
Develop focused strategies for acquiring, retaining and growing selected clients.
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
Act as a primary point of contact to clients seeking a high touch business relationship, and serve as the trusted advisor to clients
Identify cross-sell opportunities and partners to structure, coordinate and sponsor credit and non-credit products/services.
Maximize established referral network and continues to expand this network, coping with bank’s strategy.
Energies a focused business development effort by developing a clear and holistic understanding of the client's or prospect's business/industry.
Assemble and lead cross-functional team to quickly respond to customer request.
Anticipate and solve internal obstacles for the client with a sense of urgency and consistently finds the right way to get things done for the client. Act as a client advocate while adhering to sound business practices.
Prepare regular business reports to bank’s management
Conduct internal gap analysis and recommend coverage solutions
Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior subordinates
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder (or above) in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a relationship manager (preferable in NBFIs / Strategic Accounts)
Solid market knowledge
Sound interpersonal & communication skills
Strong writing & analytical skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Strong Team playing
Able to work in pressure / challenge
Problem Solving attitude
Excellent command of English
